For mixers, no matter ribbon blender, plow mixer and conical mixer, some typical features are very important in mixer’s design. Firstly, the mixer must have easy access to clean inside part of mixer. So, we design big cleanout door in our mixer for working daily operation. Secondly, simple structure of split seal can make worker to clean and change seal part easily. Thirdly, round and smooth of inside agitator can reduce cross pollution during production and cleaning. At last, all of material used in mixer, must be food grade and fine polish.

Bakery Mixes

bakery mixesToday, precision mixing of ingredients and fast mixing time is basic process requirement for bakery mixes like flour, sugar, baking powder, flavoring and salt. Lumps are frequently formed during storage of raw material. So, it needs choppers to break lumps during dry mix circle. In this ingredient, some product like sugar and salt is heat sensitive which can not mix long time. So, short mixing time is necessary for sugar and salt ingredient. Furthermore, some customers also need liquid spraying in mixer for adding oil and some other liquid in their product.

Spices and Flavoring
Uniform mixture of aromatic vegetable parts such as flower buds or seeds with leaves are rather difficult to attain due to their dissimilar shapes and densities and tendency to segregate on discharge. The mixer with ribbon rotating prevents segregation of the product and rapid discharge of the materials. Gentle and rapid discharge blending action does not reduce particle size of friable material during mixing.

Powdered Drinks

Instant breakfast drinks-vitamin and mineral powdered drinks require high accuracy. Dry milk powder, flavors are quickly mixed in Vortex mixer with a coefficient of variation of less than 1%.
