Vortex offers both powder and particle blending and filling services. Powder products are blended in quantities from small batches to multi-batch production runs, and packed in containers ranging from 5 gram sachets to 100 kilogram bags. And ribbon blender is the main product of vortec company.
Powdered cleaning products, for example, powder as industrial, agricultural, and household cleaning products, including metal cleaning and finishing products, household and commercial laundry powder boosts capacity with ribbon blenders. The bulk densities of the cleaning powder products generally range from 0.48 kg/l to 1.2 kg/l. The proportions of the materials being blended vary widely, down to as little as 0.05 percent of the final blend in the case of dyes required for coloration. Through mixing over a range of material proportions is assured by the double helical ribbon agitator, which subjects every particle o material to agitation during feeding, blending and discharge. The blender maintains a constant speed of rotation regardless of the blend being processed. A typical batch takes about 6-8 minutes. In ribbon blender, residual material is minimal due to tight tolerance of 1/16 to 1/32 in. between ribbon blades and blender wall, reducing cleaning time between changeovers. Construction of material of blender, jacket type, nozzles and etc. is optimal, customer could choose the configuration according to their requirements.
